This website is deliberately designed to minimize data collection. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content (for example external fonts, map services or social media plugins). There is no contact form; contact is made exclusively by email or telephone.

3. Hosting and server log files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (known as server log files). This comprises:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of access
Page or file requested (URL)
Volume of data transferred and access status (HTTP status code)
Browser type and version, and operating system
Referrer URL (the previously visited page)

This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation, stability and security of the website. The log files are deleted automatically in accordance with the hosting provider's policies.

4. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact me by email or telephone, your details (for example your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry) will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for any follow-up questions. I do not pass on this data without your consent.

Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary in order to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on my legitimate interest in handling the enquiries addressed to me effectively (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations (in particular retention periods under tax and commercial law) prevent deletion.

8. No automated decision-making

Automated decision-making, including profiling, pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR does not take place.

This privacy policy will be updated as required, for example when the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here applies in each case.
